All papers submitted to ICCIR 2025 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus  for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Important note to authors about the new ACM open access publishing model

All papers in the【ICCIR 2025】 proceedings will be published open access (OA) on the ACM Digital Library. For authors who are not affiliated with member institutions of the ACM Open Program, ACM charges an article processing charge (APC) for OA publication. However, the 【ICCIR 2025】 conference committee has agreed that the conference will pay all applicable APCs. All papers will therefore be published OA at no cost to authors.
